All fees are payable at the beginning of each term
 

Half a terms notice must be given before terminating a course. In lieu of this, half a terms fees are chargeable
 

Fees are not returnable on account of illness, or for any other reason
 

A pupil may attend any other class during the week by arrangement with the Principal
 

The Principal may exclude from the class any pupil not making satisfactory progress or those whose avoidable absence affect the tuition of other pupils
 

The right is reserved to discontinue any class, vary the time of, to sub-divide or combine a class as the circumstances may require
 

No responsibility can be accepted for any personal injury or loss of or damage to pupils property
 

To help parents, a book is available to buy or sell secondhand dance wear
 

Hair must be tied back for all classes and the correct uniform must be worn
 

Parents are requested not to watch every week. Visitors by invitation only
 

Pupils wishing to take R.A.D ballet exams must attend three classes a week prior to the exam

 

Children must bring their shoes and drink in a Dance Kit Bag

 

Parents are reminded to name dance shoes and sweatshirts
